  • I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this time frame may be extended during and immediately after launches.

  • Can I change my order once I've placed it?' How do I use my item?

No once you place an order it is final.

  • Do you offer discounts and promotion?

Yes from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS alerts to receive news on special offers.

  • How do I use my item? 

Please read the instructions printed on your item's packaging, or enclosed with your item. If you cannot find the instructions, or you require further assistance, please email or call us and we'll be happy to assist you further.

  • When will my order be posted?

If you order before 5PM Monday to Friday, your order will be posted the same day. If you order before 12 midday on a Saturday, your order will be posted the same day. If you order after 5PM Monday to Friday, or after 12 midday on a Saturday, your order will be posted on the next day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Payment for your order must be cleared before 5PM otherwise your order will not be processed.

  •  I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at lanasbeautybox@gmail.com with your inquiry.
