  • I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this time frame may be extended during and immediately after launches.

  • Can I change my order once I've placed it?' How do I use my item?

No once you place an order it is final.

  • Do you offer discounts and promotion?

Yes from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS alerts to receive news on special offers.

  • How do I use my item? 

Please read the instructions printed on your item's packaging, or enclosed with your item. If you cannot find the instructions, or you require further assistance, please email and we'll be happy to assist you further.

  • When will my order be posted?

After you've placed an order, please allow 2-5  working days for it to be prepped & packaged before sending. We do aim to do this the next day after your order has been processed. If an order is placed before 12pm it is likely it may be sent out the same day, but not promised.

Please be aware that, due to Brexit, it is possible that some international orders may include an additional customs charge. For more information, visit the Royal Mail website.

 

  •  I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at lanasbeautybox@gmail.com with your inquiry.
