RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/changed of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days. All products are quality checked before sent out. 

The items will need to be returned within 14 days of your purchase for replacements to be sent out.

Please note: Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though, it is no a fault but part of the unique lash line of individual hair.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
